Due to our injuries this year, the only thyme we have is English thyme.
English Thyme
Standard culinary thyme. Does not come true from seed.
French Thyme
Thyme, French Narrow leaves, greener and sweeter than English thyme.Poor seed germination.
German Winter Thyme
Reputed to be a slightly hardier version of English thyme but I see no difference. Maybe a little grayer in leaf color.
Italian Oregano Thyme
Mother plant did not survive fall transplant.
Lemon Thyme
Lemon scented leaves make a good tea. Used with soups and salads, fish and chicken dishes.
Mother of Thyme
Wild thyme, beautiful ground cover with purple flowers. Not culinary. Will have small quantity of these.

Orange Balsam Thyme
Small dark green citrus flavored leaves.
Pennsylvania Dutch Tea Thyme
Dark green glossy leaves. Can be used as a tea as well as in cooking. Used by the Pennsylvania Dutch during the American revolution to make tea during the tea embargo.
Spicy Orange Thyme
Small creeping mat forming spicy orange flavored thyme. Hardy through Zone 8. Does well indoors.Lost mother plants.
