News from the Farm
Last Day at Market this Year Changed
We had planned to make July 20th our last day at the Greater Springfield Farmers Market this year but after Barb developed a heat related illness yesterday and the heat wave predicted for later this week, have to decided not to attend any more markets this year.We apologize to any customers who were planning to purchase more herbs from us. We will be open here on the farm by appointment only except for the week of July 21 when Barb will be having hand and arm surgery. Thanks to all our great customers. see you in the spring.
We will be at The Greater Springfield Farmers Market on the Battlefield Mall parking lot this year which is the first market we ever attended starting back in 2005. Don's hip replacement has not gone well so we've had to decrease our markets this year. We had been vendors at the Farmer's Market of the Ozarks since its beginning and are sorry to have to leave it . We hope our great customers from that market will find us again. We will also be selling from home by appointment only and will have monthly Open Houses (see events page). We will be vendors at the Spring Planting Festival at Bakers Crek Seds on May 5th and 6th. We may shorten our season by ending it at the end of June. If so, some plants will still be available for sale oout here.Or we may take a break during the really warm months and return briefly in late summer. We will decide as we go through the summer.
